 The Sound were most likely one of the most underrated bands from the eighties. Starting off like many others with a strong Joy Division edge, the band managed to give their sound some more pop-appeal without sounding less dark. All in all I recommend you to check out their albums "Jeopardy" and "From The Lions Mouth". It's great, it's emotional and it's beautiful.
